Tap Unprocessed Detector "NT-1"

Complete prevention of the outflow of unprocessed taps! Screw hole inspection equipment that can be used in harsh environments, fully automatic inspection of all unprocessed screws.

The "NT-1" is a tap processing detection device that uses an eddy current method. By simply pushing the sensor probe, it quickly distinguishes between processed and unprocessed taps and outputs OK/NG signals. With its easy operation and compact design, it can be integrated into existing equipment for use. It prevents the outflow of unprocessed taps (screws) through fully automated inspection of all items. 【Features】 ○ Easy threshold setting ○ Simple inspection method ○ Usable in various industries For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

How to prevent missed screw hole inspections? "Fundamental Solution to Unprocessed Tap Leakage"

Causes and countermeasures for 'untapped raw' revealed! High-performance detectors are also available to prevent misrecognition!

★We are currently offering a "technical document" to prevent the leakage of unprocessed taps★ For companies, the leakage of "unprocessed tap products" can lead to catastrophic troubles. Even with measures like "laser inspection" and "visual inspection" for tap holes (screw holes), it is inevitable that some oversights will occur. We are currently distributing a "technical document" that summarizes the causes of unprocessed tap products, issues with inspections, and countermeasures! 【Overview of Contents】 ■ The importance of unprocessed tap inspection ■ Current status and issues of inspections ■ Causes of unprocessed products ■ Troubles caused by unprocessed products ■ Key points for unprocessed tap inspections ■ Introduction of countermeasure products *You can view it immediately from "Download." Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

[Case Study] No false detections even in harsh manufacturing environments! Unprocessed tap detector

Introducing a case study of the "Tap Unprocessed Detector NT-1," which is ideal for inline inspection and does not produce false detections even in harsh manufacturing environments resistant to water and oil!

【Customer's Challenge】 We want to eliminate false detections and prevent the outflow of unprocessed products! We inspect unprocessed products with a laser inspection device, and then inspectors conduct a visual inspection of all items in the subsequent process. However, false detections caused by the adhesion of cutting fluid frequently occur, leading inspectors to mistakenly believe that the inspection device has made a false detection even when a non-conforming judgment has been issued. As a result, defective products have been processed as good products, leading to the outflow of unprocessed products to customers. We have received a request to review the current inspection method. 【Proposal from Microfix】 The eddy current tap unprocessed detection device generates eddy currents in the inspected object through electromagnetic induction and makes judgments based on the differences in changes. Water and oil are insulators, so electricity does not flow, and even if they adhere to the tap holes, they do not affect the inspection results. Therefore, stable inspection accuracy can be maintained even in harsh on-site environments.
